The Rif Mountains are home to Rif National Park.
The cedar woodlands are crisscrossed with Berber mule tracks. Thus, there are numerous riding trails! The Rif Mountains may be your place if you seek a truly secluded experience.
As you go through protected Mediterranean fir forests, limestone cliffs, deep gorges, and across fast-flowing mountain streams and waterfalls.
During summer (from May to September), the flowers bloom in the park, and the fields of Cannabis are all around, making the landscape amazing.

Program: INTO THE WILD
Day 1: TANGIER – CHEFCHAOUEN
Pick up from Tangier Airport or the ferry in Tangier and drive to Chefchaouen.
Dinner and accommodation at a local traditional blue house in the beautiful old city.
Day 2: CHEFCHAOUEN – ZAOUIYA
After breakfast, we will instruct you on how to operate the quad, and then we will ride throughout the day in the national park where we will cross Tissouka fir trees and rural dwellings. This will lead us deep into the Rif Mountains. We are going to have a picnic for lunch. As soon as the sun goes set, we will pull over and stay in a nice local farm that offers full-board accommodations and local entertainment.
Day 3: ZAOUIYA
Along the way, you’ll come across some viewpoints where you can enjoy the view over the stunning little cascades and the spectacular scenery of the Rif mountains. You might also encounter some monkeys on your way! The Rif mountains are home to the Barbary macaque, a species of monkey that is only found in the mountains of Morocco.
Day 4: AKCHOUR
Today, you will ride towards the majestic God’s Bridge, “Pont de Dieu”. The natural beauty of the place is worth the work. The geological formations and rolling hills surrounded by mountains are a superb showing of the area’s magnificent history. God’s Bridge is a red-rock formation.
Day 5: AKCHOUR WATERFALLS
Another day in the magic Rif riding beside the river towards the waterfalls of Akchour, with amazing views of the forest and mountains.
After, we continue riding g to reach and take a rest in our traditional blue house in Chefchaouen.
Day 6: CHEFCHAOUEN
Chefchaouen is a tiny city in the Rif Mountains of northwestern Morocco. This peculiar city’s blue-painted streets and buildings make it one of the most attractive. So-called the “Blue Pearl of Morocco” for this reason. It’s such a popular town in Morocco that it’s often considered one of the best places to visit in the country!
Time to discover the blue city, the Medina old park, the Kasbah, the main square, and several other parts of the small town. You will take a walk in Chefchaouen Medina, enjoy its colorful alleys and take memorable pictures.

Day 7: CHEFCHAOUEN –TANGIER
Transfer from Chefchaouen – Tangier
Bring Tangier Airport or the ferry
